About GSLS
Since 1984, Good Shepherd Lutheran School has focused on providing an excellent Christian education based on Jesus’ message of love and salvation to the Collinsville area. Our 8th-grade graduates go on to do extremely well in high and college. Our focus on teaching life skills produces students who become servant leaders in their communities because they have been taught discipline and respect. Our sports teams promote not only teamwork but teach students to win humbly and lose graciously.

We are accredited By the National Lutheran School Association, the Southern Illinois District of the Lutheran Church, Missouri Synod, and Illinois Non-Public School Accrediting Association. All our teachers are synodically trained as well as Illinois certified.
